Harry Potter Foil 4 Tier Balloon Tower

DIY KIT CONTAINS
1 x double sided supersized foil balloon & straw for inflating,
16 x 12" latex balloons in maroon and yellow (+ 2 spares),
1 5" balloon for water weight,
1 roll of curling ribbon,
1 modelling balloon to tie tower together
Tower stands approx. 120cm
